The Standard Rate for the house is $325 to $525 per night depending on rental period, number of people, and likability.
Weekly rates can be negotiated.
There is also
a 9% Vermont Rooms tax and a $100 cleaning fee.
If You Like Music, Books, and Thinking, this is the place. If not, you would probably be much happier somewhere else.
